BANX SWIM accept all full priced tops to be returned for online store credit.
Due to hygiene concerns, bottoms and one-pieces will not be accepted unless the item is faulty.
Should you wish to return an item, please email BANX SWIM at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and the reason for the return. Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order.
Credits are the value of the item and do not include postage. BANX SWIM is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Store credit will be issued if the full price item has original swing tags attached, is unmarked and unworn.
Refunds will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Please check your item carefully when you receive it. If there are any faults, please email our team at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Faulty items must be in original condition with tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.
Our team will arrange for the item to be assessed, and a refund or a replacement will be arranged at the discretion of BANX SWIM.
